Banana cake cubes
How to make delicious Banana Cake.

Ingredients for Banana Cake:
  • 1 lb. (500g.) ripe bananas (peeled & mashed)
  • 6 oz. (185g.) self-raising flour
  • 4 oz. (125g.) butter
  • 4 oz. (125g.) castor sugar
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lemon rind
Method:
  1. Cream together butter, sugar and grated lemon rind till light fluffy.
  2. Beat eggs and flour alternately to prevent curdling.
  3. Stir in mashed bananas.
  4. Pour mixture into a greesed tin lined with greased proof paper.
  5. Bake in preheated oven in moderate heat (325°F), for 1/2 hr. See Customer Reviews and Compare Bakeware sets.
  6. Remove from oven. Cool, cut into slices and serve.
