Banana Crunch



Recipe for Banana Crunch. Made with butter, castor sugar, eggs, banana essence and mixed cereal.

Ingredients for Banana Crunch Cookie:
  • 6 oz. (185 g.) butter
  • 4 oz. (125 g.) castor sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • a few drops of banana essence
  • 3 cups mixed cereal
Method:
  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Cool.
  • Add sugar and beat well.
  • Beat eggs and banana essence.
  • Stir in mixed cereal.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking trays.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 12 mins. till lightly browned.
  • Cool and serve in airtight containers.
