Durian Cake

Ingredients for Durian Cake:
  • 6 oz. (185g.) self-raising flour
  • 6 oz. (185g.) butter
  • 5 oz. (155g.) sugar
  • 4 oz. (125g.) durian flesh (mashed)
  • 4 eggs
  1. Separate egg yolks from whites. Beat egg whites till light and frothy.
  2. Cream butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add beaten egg yolks one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
  3. Fold mashed durian into mixture. Mix well.
  4. Fold in frothy egg whites. Then fold in flour.
  5. Pour mixture into greased tin. Bake in preheated oven 350°F for about an hour. See Customer Reviews and Compare Bakeware sets.
  6. Cool and cut. Serve.
